Commercial Kitchen Rental
HBK Incubates also rents kitchen shifts to a small number of established food businesses that commit to a long-term arrangement of using the kitchen more than 20 hours per week.
Commercial tenants do not participate in the incubator workshops or coaching. They are fully insured, have all necessary state and city licenses, and provide a security deposit upon signing a license agreement. Payment for use of the kitchen is due at the beginning of each month. Call us if you meet these requirements and are interested in renting kitchen space 212-369-3331.

We offer the following:
- Three private prep kitchens, including a temperature controlled kitchen – Four fully stocked equipment stations
- Facilities staff on-site 24/7
- Monthly dry storage, as well as refrigerator and freezer storage
- Parking on-site
