Virtual Kitchen Tour

Our 2,300 square foot, shared commercial kitchen is equipped to handle most needs of start-up bakers, caterers, cooks and added-value food processors. The modular layout of our space is designed to accommodate the needs of small producers as well as a few larger, established commercial tenants.

Three private prep rooms ranging from 100 to 250 sq ft and prep tables in the common area offer ample counter space and can be used for ingredient preparation, production and packaging. Our smallest prep room is temperature controlled, ideal for confectioners and chocolate makers.

 

 

Our shared-use commercial kitchen offers:

  • Three private prep rooms with work table space and sinks
  • Four individualized stations of specialized equipment including: convection ovens, 6-burner ranges, steamer, grill, deep fryer, tilting braising pan, 6-burner ranges, and Hobart dough mixers
  • Dry, refrigerated and freezer storage
  • Dishwashing space
  • Classroom space with a table for 12, a white board, and a flat-screen TV
