Virtual Kitchen Tour

Our 2,300 square foot shared commercial kitchen space is equipped to handle the needs of most start-up cooks, caterers, bakers and added-value food processors. The modular layout of our space is designed to accommodate the needs of small producers as well as a few larger, established commercial tenants.

Three private prep kitchens ranging from 100 to 250 sq ft and prep tables in the common area offer ample counter space and can be used for ingredient preparation, production and packaging.  Our smallest prep kitchen is temperature controlled, ideal for confectioners and chocolate makers.

 

 

Banks of specialized equipment can be rented as needed.  Equipment includes:

  • Baker-depth convection ovens
  • 6-burner ranges
  • Grill
  • Fryer
  • Tilting skillet
  • Steamer

Dry, refrigerated and freezer storage can also be rented for a monthly fee. Additionally, members also have access to our dough room, dishwashing space, locker room, coffee station and ice machine. Our classroom space is ideal for client and staff meetings and can be rented for an hourly fee.
