Staff “Br-education”

Gearing up for Greenmarkets, Hot Bread Kitchen hosted a bread training event on June 22 for staff, interns and volunteers. The Hot Bread Kitchen crew joined together to get an in depth “br-education” to learn about the ingredients, baking techniques, and shelf life of each of our products. Hot Bread Kitchen wants its team to be as knowledgeable as possible, so that we can most effectively help our customers get the bread they want.
