Giving entrepreneurs their time to shine.
In New York City, retail space is prohibitively expensive for many entrepreneurs, so building a customer base can be especially challenging. That’s why Hot Bread Kitchen is thrilled to partner with NYC’s Chelsea Market to feature the innovative and delicious creations of incubator members and alum through our Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program. Entrepreneurs rotate through the program, each setting up shop in Chelsea Market for ~6 months to showcase their products, meet new customers, and delight visitors in search of artisanal goods.
