Pure Organic Founder, Emerging Brand Coach (she/her)
Veronica Lehman is the founder of Pure Organic, an organic snack business she launched in 2006
inspired by her 6 year old vegetarian daughter. In 2008, Pure Organic achieved national distribution and
Veronica partnered with investors, expanded the portfolio of products and continued to grow the
business. In 2016, Pure Organic was sold to Kellogg under the Kashi family of brands.
Today, Veronica is a Business Partner at JPG, working with emerging brands to establish and grow
progressive new food and beverage businesses.

Jill Donaldson
Founder of PastryBase, LLC, and Director of Sales at Hatch Packaging (she/her)
After over a dozen years of
working in the food industry & training in pastry arts at
L’Academie de Cuisine, Pastry Chef Jill decided to bring her passion for simple baking with pure
quality ingredients into the homes of others. In 2016 Jill launched PastryBase, and her LillyBean
line of scrumptious allergen-free Baking Mixes and Kits can now be enjoyed at home by anyone. Jill is thrilled to now also be a part of the team at
Hatch Richmond, an organization that works to inspire innovation, enable growth and promote
community within the food and beverage industry.

Carolyn O’Hare
Chief Operating Officer, Tiny Organics
(she/her)
Carolyn is the Chief Operating Officer at Tiny Organics, an early childhood nutrition company focused on shaping baby and toddler palates to prefer vegetables. She has over a decade of experience as a supply chain and operations expert in the CPG industry with brands like Beyond Meat and FIJI Water. Carolyn has been recognized by Partnership for a Healthier America as a member of their Shaping Early Palates Council and a founding partner of the Veggies Early and Often Campaign. Look for her to pitch Tiny Organics on Season 12 of ABC’s Shark Tank later this year.
