With a decade of industry experience running our own commercial bakery, a culinary training program and a small business incubator, we understand just how hard it is to find, train, and keep motivated staff. Our flagship training program gives women the technical and professional skills they need to succeed in any kitchen.

Hot Bread Kitchen commits to support you and our trainee through:
– Foundational training and education
– Regular check-ins and visits

We look for employers who have the capacity to:
– Provide direct, comprehensive on-the-job training
– Employ trainees for at least 22.5 hours per week

Hot Bread Kitchen graduates stick around:
85% of our trainees are still working after one year.
