Institutional Partnerships Manager
The Institutional Partnerships Manager is part of a results-driven and high-performing development team responsible for raising $6 million+ in annual philanthropic support. The role will report to and work closely with the Director of Institutions and Development Strategy to build a strategic plan for increasing the breadth and depth of the organization’s institutional portfolio.
Director of Individual Giving
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Advancement Officer, the Director of Individual Giving will oversee a growing portfolio of $2M in individual and major gifts, with increasing revenue objectives over the next three years as part of the organization’s growth campaign. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, a passion for managing teams, leading effective and engaging fundraising events, and a commitment to leveraging data to support fundraising.

Hot Bread Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful social worker who will provide direct support services to members, both current and alumni, of Hot Bread Kitchen’s Career, and Food Entrepreneurship programs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of social work based practices and passion for client facing work.
First Course Kitchen Case Manager
Hot Bread Kitchen is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Kitchen Case Manager who will provide direct support services to First Course participants. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of social work based practices and passion for client facing work.
First Course Program Manager
Hot Bread Kitchen seeks a detail-oriented, results driven Program Manager to lead the First Course Program. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to motivate a team towards the achievement of quantitative outcomes, develop and implement processes for effective program management, and manage partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
First Course Program Coordinator
Hot Bread Kitchen seeks a highly detailed and goal-oriented Program Coordinator who has strong communication skills to join our First Course team. You will be responsible for ensuring a steady and robust pipeline of eligible applicants for the First Course program.
