METLIFE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS ECONOMIC MOBILITY THROUGH FINANCIAL HEALTH
With MetLife Foundation’s support, Hot Bread Kitchen integrated financial coaching into our workforce program. Participating women entering their new careers in the food industry now receive personalized coaching as they work toward their financial goals, which for many include earning a paycheck for the first time. MetLife’s employee volunteers add additional value to the program, partnering with participants to hold mock interviews and provide advice and feedback to build confidence and competence in their job search skills.

CAUSE MARKETING USES PURCHASING POWER TO DRIVE NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Hot Bread Kitchen works with leading mission-minded brands to develop fundraising campaigns and promotions that connect consumers and potential supporters with our cause.
