
Kristine joined Hot Bread Kitchen in 2019, leading the Development, Marketing/Communications and Bread teams, bringing more than 20 years serving in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining our organization, she was the Director of Corporate Relations at the American Museum of Natural History, providing strategy and oversight of the institution’s corporate revenue program that included sponsorship, philanthropy and membership.
In addition to the non-profit sector Kristine has a culinary background with chef’s training from the Natural Gourmet Institute. She has worked in some of New York City’s most popular restaurants and bakeries such as the LandMarc Restaurant Group, Jean-Georges Restaurant Mercer Kitchen and Levain Bakery, as well as teaching as guest chef instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education’s recreation program. Kristine received a Master of Arts in Women’s Studies from the State University of New York at Albany. She lives in New York City with her family and regularly makes pancakes with her kids on the weekends.
