BREAK BREAD, SUPPORT BREADWINNERS
It all started with bread. Hot Bread Kitchen began as a social enterprise bakery with a mission to uplift women, immigrants, and people of color to gain financial independence through culinary careers. Fifteen years later, we continue to grow our impact through culinary training programs, entrepreneurship programs, wraparound services, job placement, and more. A portion of the proceeds for each package of rolls you purchase supports our work—thank you for being a part of our movement!
HOW WE ROLL
Our golden, pillowy Challah Rolls come from a heritage recipe, baked with honey and care in New York City. Our challah rolls can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to any meal, as a slider bun, or simply straight out of the bag. Their gentle hint of sweetness comes from honey—no artificial sweeteners here! Try them warmed for a few minutes in the oven or sliced and toasted on a grill.
Baked to Support Breadwinners

Whether you’re joining Hot Bread Kitchen for professional culinary skills or support for your businesses, Breadwinners all share the desire to grow, succeed, and pay it forward!
