RACHEL ISEMAN (she/her) brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, and operations across the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Hot Bread Kitchen, she served as Head of Finance and Operations at Fondation CHANEL, where she helped scale the foundation’s giving portfolio from $1.5 million to more than $100 million annually and expand its global network of grantee partners from 10 to more than 150 organizations each year. Hot Bread Kitchen was proudly a longtime grantee partner of the foundation. Rachel’s familiarity with our work as well as her family’s roots in restaurants, hospitality, and entrepreneurship reflect a longstanding connection to our mission.
Earlier in her career, Rachel held corporate strategy and finance roles at Ralph Lauren and was also an investment banking analyst at UBS. She is a graduate of Boston College with a B.A. in Economics with Honors. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the executive team as we continue to grow and deepen our impact.
