Hot Bread Kitchen’s Prep for Success program offers critical knowledge on business financials, marketing, strategic planning, customer service, and generating sales.
This 4-week course will guide a small group of women entrepreneurs in various stages of business development in the fundamentals of establishing a successful and sustainable small business. The course will conclude with a “Pitch Day” held at our offices in Manhattan’s Chelsea Market.

Meet Our Instructor
Freda Thomas is a Career Development Coach who specializes in job search strategies, resume creation, LinkedIn profiles, and career planning for high-potential managers, career professionals, and business owners. Freda’s unique differentiators from the competition as a Certified Professional Resume Writer and LinkedIn profile expert include an MBA, HR multi-national corporate experience, and extensive experience preparing resumes for Department of Defense executives, United Nations Ambassadors, and senior level managers from Fortune 500 companies.
