Basic Knife Skills
Whether you’re new to the kitchen or looking to brush up on your knife skills, this class will teach you the basic techniques you need to work confidently and efficiently in your kitchen. By the end of this class you’ll be able to speed through your meal prep and leave with a recipe for a delicious salsa dip.

- The parts of a knife
- Different types of knives and how to use them
- Knife safety and care
- Basic knife cuts

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
All of the micro-courses and events will take place on Zoom. You may use a computer or laptop, a smartphone, or a tablet for easy access. You will also need a good internet or wifi connection.
