Application Process

Businesses interested in renting commercial kitchen space may schedule a facility tour with the Program Coordinator. To become a member of HBK Incubates or rent kitchen space as a tenant, businesses must then submit a completed application.

Completed applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis all year round. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed for candidacy. Materials submitted are non-returnable.

Businesses interested in renting commercial kitchen space as a tenant must also sign a tenant agreement, provide a refundable security deposit and submit proof of the following:
– Food Handler’s Certification
– Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
– General Liability Insurance (and worker’s compensation if there are employees)
