Serious Eats’ Ed Levine and Jessamyn go way back. They first met eight years ago, when Ed discovered Jessamyn and her¬†mother selling handmade tortillas at a tiny farmers market in West Harlem. Since then, he’s become obsessed with our bialys (which he calls the very best in New York), and we’ve grown quite a bit.
