We are so excited to announce that our very own Director of Culinary Training Taylor Stevens has been awarded the Hunter College 40 Under 40: Rising Stars in Food Policy Class of 2024!
The Rising Stars in NYC Food Policy class comprises an unequalled group of movers, shakers, thinkers, and doers in New York’s ever-changing foodscape. Awardees include organizers, chefs, policymakers, researchers, advocates, teachers, farmers, and food workers.
As our Director of Culinary Training, Taylor leads our team of culinary instructors and kitchen managers and supports Hot Bread Kitchen Breadwinners in achieving economic mobility through our culinary training programs and job placement. In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking for friends, going to the farmers market, and eating her way around NYC!
Every step of my journey has been dedicated to utilizing food as a catalyst for change.
