Earlier this month, Fox5 came to visit Hot Bread Kitchen to learn how we’re partnering with the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the Mayor’s Office of Talent and Workforce Development to promote economic mobility through the First Course NYC program! First Course members receive holistic support entering the world of fine dining, with on-the-job training and an average starting wage of $19.20. We’re thrilled to partner with the City on this important program and grateful to Deputy Mayor Maria Torres-Springer for speaking so beautifully about our work.
